How do I purchase a Z1?
The Z1 is available for purchase on the Z1 product page. The current lead time is 30 to 60 days. Orders are paid in full at the time of purchase.
How do I purchase a Z2?
The Z2 is available for purchase on the Z2 product page. The current lead time is 4.5 months. Website lead times are updated weekly based on current production. Orders are paid in full at the time of purchase.
How much does the Z1 cost?
Pricing starts at $1,399 before taxes and shipping. Your final price depends on the burrs and add-ons you choose (see Standard Components and Optional Add-Ons).
How much does the Z2 cost?
Pricing starts at $2,384 before taxes and shipping.
When will I receive my Z1?
Current lead times are 30 to 60 days. You will receive regular production updates throughout your grinder's production lifecycle.
When will I receive my Z2?
Current lead times are 4.5 months. Website lead times are updated weekly based on current production. You will receive regular production updates throughout your grinder's production lifecycle, and you can see our most recent updates on the Z2 production updates page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Financing is available through Shop Pay in certain regions.
Are taxes and shipping included?
No. Shipping is not included in the Z1 or Z2 base price, and international orders may owe import duties and VAT on delivery. See Shipping Costs, Delivery Times, and Where We Ship and Taxes, Import Duties, and VAT.
Can I pay with two cards?
Each order can only be paid with one payment method, so we are not able to split an order across two cards. If you would like to use two cards (for example, a work card with a spending limit), you can purchase a Zerno e-gift card with one card, then apply the gift card code at checkout and pay the remaining balance with your other card. Please note that e-gift cards are not refundable, so we recommend purchasing one only when you are ready to place your order.
