Our Open Source Resource Hub shares design files for funnels, funnel caps, and the Z2 accent piece, so you can print your own, try a larger funnel, or use them as a starting point for your own designs.

How to download and print
- Go to the Open Source Resource Hub.
- Find the file you want and click Download.
- Open the STEP file in your slicer. Many slicers, including PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, and OrcaSlicer, open STEP files directly. If yours does not, open the file in CAD software and export it as an STL.
- Print a test piece first and check the fit on your grinder before you fill it with beans.
Making your own design
STEP files open in most CAD programs (for example Fusion, Onshape, or FreeCAD), so you can use them as a base for your own funnel, cap, or accent piece. Keep the part of the design that fits the grinder the same, and change the rest however you like.
We love seeing what the community makes. Share your designs with other Zerno owners on our Discord.
A few things to keep in mind
- Pick a material you trust for food contact. Funnels and caps touch your coffee beans, so choose a material and printer setup you are comfortable using with food.
- These are not official Zerno products. The design files are shared for the community to experiment with. We do not provide technical support for printing, modifying, or using printed parts.
