How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch and are subject to a 3% fee deducted by our payment processor. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.

Can I avoid the 3% fee?
Yes. To avoid the 3% fee, you can choose to receive your refund as store credit for the full amount of your order instead of a refund to your original payment method.
