How to sign up
- Go to the Join The Zerno Newsletter page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the arrow icon to submit.
That is it. You are on the list.
Make sure our emails reach you
Some inboxes sort newsletters into spam or a promotions tab. To keep ours in your main inbox:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email from Zerno.
- If you find one there, mark it as "Not spam" or move it to your inbox.
- Add zerno.co to your safe senders list or contacts.
Already have an order with us?
Production updates and order stage emails are separate from the newsletter. If you have a Z1 or Z2 on order, you receive those automatically at the email you used at checkout, whether or not you join the newsletter. See Where Is My Order? Build Stages, Stage Emails, and Dispatch Estimates for what each stage email means.

How to unsubscribe
- Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Zerno newsletter email, or
- Email info@zerno.co and ask us to remove you. Include the email address you subscribed with.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not stop production updates or emails about an order you placed.
