How pickup works
- When your grinder is ready, we email you our address and send a link to schedule a day and time.
- Confirm your appointment.
- Come to the shop at your scheduled time and ring the side doorbell.
Can I switch my order to local pickup?
Yes. A few weeks before your grinder is ready, we send a pre-ship email with a last call for changes. You can switch to local pickup until the deadline in that email. Email info@zerno.co with your order number to make the switch.
