How much shipping costs, how long it takes, where we ship, and how to track your order.
Are shipping costs included?
Shipping is not included in the Z1 or Z2 base price. Shipping in the US starts at $50 and varies depending on location. For shipping to your specific location, contact our team at info@zerno.co and include your city, postal code, and country so we can quote it accurately.
What are normal shipping times?
Shipping is typically completed via UPS and typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days in the domestic US. International shipping typically arrives within 14 to 21 business days of dispatch, but often arrives within 5 to 7 business days. In some situations, we may use another trusted shipping partner such as DHL.
Where do you ship?
We ship to select countries worldwide and are actively expanding our global reach to include more countries. For questions about the countries we ship to, contact info@zerno.co. In some cases, we can make custom accommodations based on the availability of our shipping partner.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information by email before dispatch. Tracking updates can take up to 12 hours to start showing movement.
Can I use a package forwarding service?
While we do not encourage the use of package forwarding services, we understand some customers may choose this option. If you decide to use a forwarding service, we strongly recommend selecting a reputable provider, as these services are known for inconsistent and sometimes unsafe handling of packages. Please note that in the case of loss or damage, we can provide documentation to support insurance claims, but managing the relationship and any disputes with the forwarding service is solely the responsibility of the customer.
