What should I do if something is not working?
- Check the troubleshooting guides for your grinder first. Many common issues, like false chirp or a blown Z1 fuse, take only a few minutes to fix at home. Start at Z1 Quick Answers or Z2 Quick Answers.
- If these steps do not work, please contact support at info@zerno.co with your order number, your grinder model, a description of the issue, and a short video or photos.
Most repairs can be done at home with the tools included with your grinder, and we have a library of step-by-step repair videos.
